The Bloviating Bluster of Bullies

Not only are right-wing groups preparing a literal army of poll-watching thugs to police voters on Nov. 6, but now we’re learning that Republican business owners are threatening employees with termination if they don’t support Mitt Romney.

In a segment titled, “Plutocrats Revolt”, Ed Shultz of MSNBC details the case of Robert Murray, CEO of Murray Energy Corp. in Ohio, who has 2 weeks to explain to the Federal Elections Commission why he “strong-armed” employees into making contributions to the Romney campaign.  Ed also informs us that time-share magnate, David Siegal, reportedly sent an email to workers telling them that an Obama reelection would force him into retirement, thus shutting down operations … and their jobs.

Are these kinds of bully tactics even legal? They certainly fail on the patriotic front.
